A top tier international bank needs an Investment Banking Senior Associate to join their Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office in a role that will be multifaceted and challenging.
Your role will be to:
-Structure ECM/DCM solutions for clients (traditional and Islamic)
-Provide Advisory/M&A services to clients
-Conduct buy side and sell side due diligence reviews, financial modelling and valuations
-Assist in new business development and origination
You will be degree qualified from a top university and will have a minimum of 4 years experience in top tier or bulge bracket investment bank. If would preferable if you have covered the KSA/Saudi Arabia/MENA/GCC region and it would be advantageous if you are an Arabic speaker or a KSA National.
