Specializing in Supply Chain and Procurement, our client pride themselves on solid systems and an innovative vision, spanning a large global footprint with International Head Quarters in Dubai they are looking to recruit a experienced Compensation and Benefit Officer.

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, the incumbent will be expected to provide accurate compensation and benefits advisory across the group, review job evaluations for new and existing positions, ensure C&B related documents, spreadsheets and databases are maintained accurately. You will analyse and interpret remuneration and benefits data which will be used as a basis for C&B related activities. Finally you will assist with the development and implementation of Group C&B policies and systems.

As the successful candidate, you will possess at least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits department along with a degree in a relevant field.
You will possess strong analytical skills supported by knowledge of statistical tools and analysis techniques. Strong communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and multifaceted business are essential.
