A top tier private equity firm needs a Private Equity Associate to join their office in South Africa in a role that will be multifaceted and challenging
Your role will be to:
-Participate in private equity deals from inception to closure
-Manage post-acquisition projects
-Conduct acquisition analysis using technical skills which will include financial modelling
-Assist with development of acquisition and research strategy
-Undertake valuations, research and due diligence
-Assist in new business development and origination
You will be degree qualified from a top university and will have a minimum of 3 years experience in top tier or bulge bracket investment banking M&A team. Ideally you will have covered the Africa market.
