Our client is a leading Master Developer in the Middle East. They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to join their growing team.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to deliver growth over and above market growth rates. The incumbent will be expected to recruit, develop and manage a high performing sales team. You will oversee critical projects to drive revenue, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded, the ability to build and maintain relationships for the long term good of the business is essential. You must also have experience in bringing new products to the market, in an aggressive manner. You will be responsible for over 2 million Square Meters of prime real estate.
As the ideal candidate you will have a track record of at least 10 years sales management experience. You must be an individual with an ambitious, aggressive and pro active personality, with the ability to drive business change. The role will include travel across the region in order to set up new offices in Syria, Lebanon and Moscow. Arabic speakers preferred.
