This wealth management institution requires a VP Credit Structuring to join their Dubai business in and role that will offer great development opportunities. The team works with the full range of credit products available which include Lombard lending for equity release or leverage, residential and commercial mortgages, and asset finance in co-operation with other specialist members of the team.
Your responsibilities will be:
-Deliver revenue and cost targets to maximise profitability across the credit product range
-Work in partnership with Private Bankers on new and existing credit applications
-Provide technical assistance and advice on credit products and the structuring of credit deals
-Develop innovative credit solutions to meet client needs
-Provide technical input into the development, scoping and implementation of new credit products
You should be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have knowledge of the property market/real estate with an ability to assess and structure residential and commercial property financing transactions. You will have knowledge of market risk in terms of assessing the risks associated with credit exposures, excellent fundamental credit skills, ability to develop facility documentation and understand credit products in the corporate, personal or HNW sectors. It would be advantageous if you were an Arabic speaker.
