Our client is a renowned Logistics and Supply Chain Business. Currently they are looking for a strong HR generalist.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of HR, key responsibility of this position is to support aligned business areas in the achievement of their annual business objectives and the development of their longer term business strategies. Main responsibilities will include all aspects of HR, including resourcing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits and organisational development. You will be expected to work with business partners to identify and plan actions required addressing specific issues. Although the core focus of this position will be operational HR activities, you will also support the Head of HR on development and implementation of HR Strategic and HR Initiatives.
As the ideal candidate, you must be a university graduate and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position preferably in a similar industry. A track record of personal delivery of HR initiatives and solutions is essential. Communication and written skills need to be outstanding.
