Our client is a leadership and development management consultancy with a Middle East remit. They are looking for a Senior BD Manager to join their team in Dubai.

As the Senior BD Manager your main responsibility will be to develop annual revenue and profit targets by closing multiple sales contracts and managing the account of key clients. You will be required to travel extensively throughout the GCC. The successful candidate will have the ability to build relationships with high profile clients from corporate, government and semi government sectors in the region with a particular emphasis on KSA and Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have a vibrant and enthusiastic personality and will be able to fit in well with other team members.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 10 years successful sales track record in the consultancy/training, financial services or professional services sectors. You will be a self starter and have experience of closing low volume, high value deals and an ability to drive through momentum on longstanding, comprehensive sales cycles.
