Our Client, is a key player in the international Pharmaceutical Industry, due to their expansion they are looking for a Training Manager.
Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for formulating and developing training policies, procedures and processes. In the long and short term you will develop programmes and a strategy particularly in the area of performance management, career pathing, and succession planning. You will ensure that all training resources are sufficient and effectively deployed to meet the companies’ needs for skilled workforce. You must support the succession planning process by ensuring appropriate plans are formulated to meet the training and development needs of the employees.
The position requires you to be a degree holder from a recognized university. You must have at least 4 years experience in management training in the Pharmaceutical industry. Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential. English and Arabic both written and spoken is a must. The position will require you to have strong planning, time and task management skills.
