Our client is a multi faceted business with a global footprint. Specializing in supply chain, logistics and retail their continual growth requires an experienced Learning and Development Manager.

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for aligning learning and Development strategy to the business needs, designing and implementing training events as per the requirements of the business. You will provide support to the Head of HR in drawing the strategies and plans concerning the leadership development of top management in the company.

You must support the succession planning process by ensuring appropriate plans are formulated to meet the Training and Development needs of the selected employees. Finally you will manage the capital budget of the Training Centre and ensure that adequate resources exist to meet the present and future training requirements of the company.

The position requires you to be a degree holder from a recognized university.

You must have at least 10 years experience in management training at a senior level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The position will require you to have strong planning, time and task management skills.
