Renowned for luxury and innovation in the accessory market, our client is the largest manufacturer in the Middle East, due to their consistent expansion; they are looking for an outstanding Human Resource Manager.
Based in Riyadh and reporting to Senior Management, the incumbent will be expected to actively participate in implementing HR activities in coordination with the global headquarters, including training and development, talent planning, recruitment and performance appraisals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations. You must complete administration of expatriate programmes which will include staffing and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and development programs.
As the ideal candidate you must be a university graduate, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company. You will need to possess a high level of accuracy, analytical, logical, reasoning and problem solving skills. Communication and written skills need to be outstanding, both English and Arabic verbal and written skills are non negotiable.
