Our client, one of the leading media agencies in the region, is currently seeking an Associate Account Director to join its growing team.
Based in Dubai, the incumbent must be a strategic thinker and have lots of initiative to lead the team and agency. As the successful candidate you will have experience working on top FMCG brand in a multinational agency, with regional experience being a bonus. You will use your dynamic experience across all media while demonstrating your flair for innovation to lead on this account. You will lead, inspire and manage an account team to deliver efficient, effective and profitable service to clients. In addition you will meet and exceed key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction and business development whilst demonstrating the ability to combat challenging situations in terms of client relationships and market trends.
As the successful candidate you will be degree educated. You will have a minimum of 5-8 years experience in international advertising or marketing companies. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with advanced presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills coupled with excellent team management experience are requisite.
