Our client is a global leader within the FMCG and distribution arena, with a name synonymous with excellence. Due to growth in the local market they are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your role will range from the hands-on analysis of monthly Management Accounts to assisting in reports, budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting. You will be responsible for the financial statements, reconciling and preparing associated balance sheet notes, analysing Profit & Loss variance and reviewing detailed revenue and cost transactions. You will be expected to assist the management team as and when required on specific projects and assignments.
You will be a part-qualified/qualified management accountant or finance analyst with a minimum of 3 years experience. You will ideally have a logistics, catering, or transportation background and a high level of PC literacy including intermediate to advanced Excel skills along with excellent English skills. You must be proactive and have the ability to speed up collation and analysis of data.
