Our client is a well established, multinational manufacturer of wear parts to the compression industry with strong customer interaction to the POG and Petrochemical industries. They are expanding into the Middle Eastern market and require a Sales Engineer with responsibility to grow market share.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of sales experience with a record for continuously achieving on-target sales performance and aggressively seeking new contacts. Essential to this role is an understand of the POG and Petrochemical industry and previous sales experience working in the Middle East region, ideally within the compression industry.
Requirements for this role include a background in mechanical engineering or similar field. +3 years of professional experience in POG and Petrochemical industry throughout Gulf States. Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous. Candidates must be computer literate in MS Office, Excel and Outlook and have a strong technical knowledge of or the ability to learn about our clients product portfolio. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage and finally candidates should be presentable and have a charismatic and outgoing personality.
