Our client is a well established Market leader with a expanding global footprint; specializing in multiple industries they are expanding their business, as a result of this expansion they are looking for a Dubai based Human Resources Officer.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will be expected to support aligned business areas. You will be responsible for, organising and conducting inductions, maintain and update all employee files, Monitor and process employee queries. You will ensure all employee files are maintained and regularly updated with all information on file. Although the core focus will be on operational HR activities, the jobholder will also support senior HR on the development and strategic HR initiatives.

The position requires you to be a degree holder from a recognized university.
You must have at least 4 years experience in a similar position preferably in the Hospitality or retail sector. Excellent Verbal and Communication skills are essential, English written and spoken is a must. The position will require you to have strong planning, time and task management skills.
