Our client is one of the largest local organisations. Consistently expanding their regional footprint, they are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will be expected to establish and deliver practices such as reward and remuneration, communication systems, appraisals, merit review, training, recruitment planning and activation. You will be responsible for driving, implementing and supporting change and continuing to align change initiatives to business strategy. Working closely with HR shared service function you will be responsible for recruitment, training delivery, payroll, staff leaves and employee welfare.
As the ideal candidate you must be a university graduate, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company, combined with UAE experience. You will need to possess a high level of accuracy, analytical, logical, reasoning and problem solving skills. Also vital are sound HR management skills, specifically in the areas of recruitment, performance management and change management. Communication and written skills need to be outstanding, both in English and Arabic.
