Our client is a well established Market leader with a expanding global footprint; specializing in multiple industries they are expanding their business, as a result of this expansion they are looking for a Dubai based Human Resources Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms. Main responsibilities will include actively sourcing and screening candidates, training and development, performance management and putting incentive plans into place. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations. You must complete administration of expatriate programs which will include, staffing, and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and training and development programs.
The position requires you to be a degree holder from a recognized university.
You must have at least 4 years experience in a similar position preferably in the Healthcare sector. Excellent Verbal and Communication skills are essential, English written and spoken is a must with Arabic being an advantage. The position will require you to have strong planning, time and task management skills.
