Our client is a well established concrete manufacturer in the UAE. Currently they are seeking a Sales Engineer or Manager with 5 years experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and a strong knowledge of the concrete (precast or Readymix) industry.
The role will be to develop relationships with customers ranging from developers, consultants, contractors and government bodies through canvassing, client visits and construction site visits while training, educating and promoting products and services. You will identify and secure the most profitable and suitable jobs in accordance with market opportunities, thus achieving the optimal overall result and profit for the company, then negotiate and finalize these orders. You will also enhance operations, while maintaining and extending costumer and strategic relations.
As the ideal candidate you will have a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and 5 years extensive knowledge of and experience in the local construction industry, with a widespread network of local industry professionals, preferably in the precast concrete or traditional concrete industry. You will have 3 years experience in the field of sales, preferably project sales. Our client is looking for an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
