Our client, a world leading blue chip advertising agency, is currently seeking an Integrated Account Director to join its growing team.
Based in Dubai, the incumbent must be a strategic thinker and have lots of initiative to lead the team as well as the agency,. As the successful candidate you will have international experience in a top agency, with regional experience being a bonus. You will use your integrated experience across all media while demonstrating your flair for digital on the accounts assigned to you. You will lead, inspire and manage an account team to deliver efficient, effective and profitable service to clients. In addition you will meet and exceed key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction and business development whilst demonstrating the ability to combat challenging situations in terms of client relationships and market trends.
As the successful candidate you will be degree educated. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in international advertising or marketing companies with regional experience a bonus. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with advanced presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills coupled with excellent team management experience are requisite.
