Renowned as an innovative and leading financial services company, our client due to the rapid expansion is looking for a Payroll Executive.
Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Head of HR, the incumbent will be expected to process payroll, coordinate gratuity calculations, leave allowances and life insurance. You will accurately prepare preparation of payroll, complete the process for new starters, establish and maintain company employee records. You will support the team on compensation and benefits transfers and administration along with working with the compensation and benefits team on improvement projects.
As the successful candidate, you will be expected to have at least 3years experience in a similar payroll position or on a Compensation and Benefits team. A degree from a recognized university is essential along with can do attitude. You will possess strong analytical skills supported by knowledge of statistical tools and analysis techniques. Strong communications and presentation skills are essential.
