Why are we changing our name?

iQ selection is integrating its operations with global professional recruitment firm, Morgan McKinley as part of the group’s strategy to create a single, unified brand that is truly global. We already trade as Morgan McKinley in all other countries and so it makes sense to now do the same here in the GCC.

Morgan McKinley’s Dubai office will continue to provide specialist recruitment services throughout the GCC region, with dedicated consultants delivering focused sector and local knowledge across the key business areas of Technical; Financial Services & Finance and Sales, Marketing & Support.
